P90X2- lvl(med.-high)
If you are planning on losing weight, getting ripped, losing fat or just want to maintain your body then this routine is right for you. Whats so great about it? That you can do it anywhere at any time! This routine is perfect for people who want to change their body but are "too busy" to do anything about it, should i really call it a routine or a lifestyle?
Well....before i say anything else about the famous P90X2 let me explain a couple of things first.
1) No matter how hard or how many times a day you work out, you will never get the results you want if you keep eating junk food. and even if you do stop eating junk food you still have to make a good diet for yourself.
2) You will get nowhere if you don't have patience. Normally you cant see the results after your first day, or the second day, or the first week. give it time and you will see that after 4-5 weeks you can see some difference.
3) I classify P90X2 as a medium-high work out because most of the videos are full body work outs, even if it says yoga you will still be working on arms, core, legs and chest. so if this is the first time you try something like this i suggest that you start with P90.
That's my advice for all of you.
Personal experience with the P90X2 workouts:
Well, i used to be the type of guy that didn't believe in any of this, i had myself hypnotized (not really) to think that the only way to lose fat and gain lean muscle was to chug down protein shakes and go to the gym for 3 hours. What changed my mind? Well i had bought the P90X2 dvd and only used it for about a day or so, the first day i couldn't even finish the routine and i just quit. Then one day at college my friends introduced me to a guy....hmmm.....lets call him Tom (not his real name). Tom used to be sort of chubby and hated it, he saw an add for P90 online and he saw that it was pretty cheap so he decided to give it a shot. After weeks passed Tom noticed that doing P90 had become a part of his life. He would go to school, get home, do P90, study and sleep. From chubby he went to lean and muscular and now he looks like a model.
After telling me his story i decided to give P90X2 another shot, and after the days past i noticed that i would look up to my P90X2 schedule and couldn't wait to do tomorrows work out. I will not be posting before and after pics because that is not the point of this page. I just want you, the reader, to know that there are work outs that actually work. its just that you need to give it your all and stick to it.
